Welcome to ASPEN GROVE VACATION CONDOS! Conveniently located between Bozeman and Big Sky!!! Whether you are a party of 1 or a group of 12 or somewhere in between your needs will be met at Aspen Grove. Here you will have the opportunity to choose among our 2 COMFY CONDOS - we just call them the East Condo and the West Condo. Rent one, the other or both!!! The condos have a double lockout door between them so you can easily open the doors and enjoy the entire area. Aspen Grove is licensed, as required through the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, under License No. 301252. This is a perfect, centrally located hub for your stay when traveling in the area for a vacation; wedding; family reunion; rafting; skiing, hunting or fishing trip; interim housing; or business dealings. Both condos are one level with a private entrance. In addition, there is a washer & dryer for your use. Your accommodations are uniquely decorated to showcase the history and charm of Montana. Each great room contains a sitting area with hide-a-bed, dining area and kitchen. Bedrooms are spacious with private bathrooms and a small table and chairs. The EAST CONDO, with ~ 950 sf, has 2 bedrooms with private baths. The Miner's Bedroom has an antique full sized bed with shower in the bath while the Homestead Bedroom has a 4-poster queen sized with tub/shower in the bath. The WEST CONDO, with ~ 1150sf, also has 2 bedrooms with private baths. The Sportsman Bedroom has a queen sized log bed made on site with tub/shower in the bath. The Yellowstone Bedroom has a king sized log bed with handicapped accessible walk-in shower in the bath. As a special addition, the great room has a gas stove for heat and ambiance. Your accommodations have magnificent views of the Spanish Peaks to the south and Bridger Range to the north. There is also a 40 acre park with stream nearby and a walking path along the irrigation canal. Our biggest attraction, of course is historic Yellowstone National Park. We are also a relatively short drive to national forests; Gallatin, Yellowstone and Madison Rivers; Lewis and Clark Trail; museums and art galleries; Montana State University; Big Sky, Moonlight Basin and Bridger Bowl Ski Areas, horseback riding, golfing Lewis & Clark Caverns and much more. For a little peace and quiet, step right outside your door onto 10 grass covered acres with 250 spruce trees - enjoy as you wish! And don't forget about the vegetable and flower gardens and lots of sunshine in the summer. For a vigorous walk or run, take off on our graveled road and trek 1+ miles to the top of our hill. Moose, deer, elk, fox, coyotes, bear, mountain lion, wolves, woodchucks gophers and a number of bird species have been seen the area - some more frequent & some less frequent! (Thank goodness!) If you want a winter get-away, consider x-country skiing right your front door or head to the mountains for downhill skiing at Bridger Bowl, Big Sky, or Moonlight Basin. Aspen Grove Guest Rental Agreement & Policies * NO SMOKING; NO PETS. * Check in is 4 PM; check out 10 AM. * 50% deposit required to lock in your reservation; balance due 14 days prior to arrival. * 7% Accommodation Tax charged to stays of less than 30 days. * Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival incurs a 15% fee deduction from your deposit. * Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeits the deposit; however, if we can rebook all of your reservation dates, the cancellation fee will be 25%. * A $500.00 security/cleaning deposit will be charged at the time of the reservation for stays of more than one (1) month.
